The Assistant Supervisor is responsible for providing staff training, mentoring and supervision of 5-15 direct reports, while maintaining NYS regulations and overseeing clinical programming.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Some College Preferred
- Prior Direct Support Professional experience preferred
- Background in supporting people with intellectual/developmental disabilities or mental health preferred
