Job Description
YAI is seeking a qualified Assistant Supervisor to support our locations in Brooklyn. The Assistant Supervisor will provide program oversight, quality assurance, maintain NYS OPWDD regulations, oversee clinical programming, advocate for the people we support, and liaison with families.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Some college preferred
- Prior Direct Support Professional experience required
- Leadership experience preferred
- Background in supporting people with intellectual & developmental disabilities and/or mental health required
