Job Description
Yale Realty & Capital Advisors is seeking an experienced Vice President, Debt Capital Markets to join their production team in Miami, FL. The ideal candidate will have substantial transactional expertise and a proven track record of originating and closing commercial loans.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, and/or Real Estate
- 5+ years of experience in commercial real estate finance, debt capital markets, or mortgage brokerage
- Proven track record of originating and closing commercial loans with a portfolio exceeding $100 million in transactions
- Strong analytical skills, including proficiency in financial modeling
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
- Familiarity with loan structures such as CMBS, bridge loans, permanent financing, and agency lending
