Yamazen Inc. is seeking a Sales Engineer to prospect and engage customers in an exclusive and protected sales territory, developing new business and retaining existing customers. The ideal candidate is a driven, outgoing individual with proven presentation skills and sales methods.
Requirements
- Prospect, develop and close new business with new and existing customers.
- Meet or exceed annual sales targets within assigned territory and accounts.
- Regularly travel to perform customer consultations to determine needs and solutions.
- Maintain involvement on turnkey projects, demonstrations and other related customer projects.
- Possess and maintain an in-depth knowledge of machine tool industry and product lines presented by the company.
- Utilize Salesforce.com (CRM) for all prospecting and customer activities.
- Effectively close sales.
- Demonstrate mechanical/technical aptitude.
- Have a valid driver's license, reliable automobile transportation and current auto insurance.
