Warehouse Supervisor - Elk Grove Village, IL

Yamazen is seeking a hands-on Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse operations and ensure efficient inventory management, shipping, and receiving activities. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a focus on safety and accuracy, and the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.

Requirements

• 3+ years of warehouse or logistics experience, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or lead role.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, safety procedures, and inventory management systems.
• Experience with ERP or warehouse management systems (WMS) preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and operate warehouse equipment safely.
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
