Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, Operations, Information Systems, or related field
• 3–5 years of experience in business operations, program support, project coordination, or digital operations roles
• Experience building and maintaining trackers, dashboards, timelines, and executive summaries
• Experience supporting enterprise programs or transformation initiatives
• Experience in a dealer or OEM organization
