Rental Field Service Technician

Rental Field Service Technician position at Yancey Bros. Co. involves troubleshooting, diagnosing, and repairing mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues on rental equipment in the field. Must have strong mechanical aptitude, knowledge of tools, and desire to learn. The ability to take direction and work with minimal supervision is required.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• 5+ years of relevant experience
• Must be 21-years-old or older
• Valid, active driver's license
• Ability to read, write, and speak English
• Ability to clear driver screenings and provide necessary information for a complete DQ file
• Strong troubleshooting skills
• Knowledge of complex hydraulics, electrical, computer and mechanical systems
• Ability to operate a variety of equipment safely to diagnose, adjust, and repair malfunctions
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret technical information from schematics, technical manuals, technical drawings, technical procedures, and governmental regulations
• Basic computer skills (Windows based programs and email)
