Rental Specialist

As the CRS Rental Specialist, you will act as an inside sales person for the Cat Rental Store (CRS) handling transactions for customers over the phone and in person, ensuring customer satisfaction and maximizing machine utilization within the designated trade area.

• Prior experience in sales with strong leadership skills, a competitive nature and initiative
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both in person and over the telephone
