Develop product process flows, design layout, and personnel configuration and labor hours; perform labor studies, collect data from production site, analyze weak links, and implement continuous improvement to increase production efficiency and reduce production costs.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
• 5+ years of experience in Process Engineering or related field
• Proficient in Process Engineering principles and practices
• Knowledge of production process and manufacturing systems
• Ability to analyze data and implement continuous improvement
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
