Mold Set-Up Technician

Create and maintain a safe work environment, set up equipment based on mold requirements, and execute production runs while ensuring quality control.

Requirements

• Create and maintain a safe work environment
• Change tools per schedule and/or leadership direction in a safe and efficient manner
• Set up equipment based on mold requirements, materials, and tolerances
• Maintain all tool change equipment and tools in a safe and clean storage area
• Complete weekly preventive maintenance on machines and tools
• Execute production runs and conduct quality control testing
• Report damaged tool change equipment
• Use measuring and gauging tools to perform inspections
