Mold Technician

Role Overview

The Mold Technician will learn to install molds into molding machines, set up automation, secondary, and auxiliary equipment in a safe, correct, and efficient manner. The position requires a basic knowledge of all in-house machinery, machine safety, machine functions, and molding vocabulary. The individual will strive to improve the quality and stability of the manufacturing process.

What You Will Do

Perform mold changes and setups on molding machines, develop and demonstrate a basic knowledge of all in-house machinery, and maintain or improve the quality of the manufacturing process.
