As a Senior Advanced Manufacturing Engineer, you will provide direct input to the Simultaneous Development Team by assessing manufacturing feasibility, developing process flow and plant layout requirements, and managing procurement and acceptance of required equipment & tooling.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Chemical Engineering, Plastics or Engineering Technology
- Minimum 5 years of experience in manufacturing engineering advanced manufacturing, process engineering, tooling, or similar
- Experience in Automotive/Manufacturing (Tier One Automotive interiors experience preferred)
- Strong communication, interpersonal relations, and leadership skills
- Experience with AutoCAD, PLC Programming, and Automation
- Six Sigma, Lean, Continuous Improvement training or experience
