YFITC-MM-Metal-Engineer, Design

This role is for a Metal-Engineer to design YFITC-MM products, focusing on product development, design solutions, and resolving customer issues. The engineer will manage the entire process from initial design through manufacturing, ensuring high-quality results while adhering to safety and operational standards. Responsibilities include document management, problem-solving, and ensuring adherence to relevant industry standards.

Requirements

• Perform product development according to production systems and customer procedures.
• Assist in designing solutions to minimize cost and maintain functionality.
• Complete engineering technical documents (BOM).
• Assist in resolving customer issues.
• Coordinate sample manufacturing and customer delivery.
• Organize meetings and track action plans.
• Manage IOS files and TS16949/OHSAS18000/ISO14000 standards.
• Contact suppliers and factory departments for technical support.
