YFT is seeking a Senior Engineer for the Jiangsu Factory, specializing in Single Material (SMT) processes. The role involves establishing and maintaining DFM standards, reviewing development projects, and optimizing production processes. The company is a leading automotive parts supplier focused on innovation, collaboration, and sustainability.

Requirements

• Master's degree or above in a related Engineering or Business Management field
• 8+ years of experience in SMT industry
• 3+ years of PCBA DFM review experience
• Proficiency in SMT technical skills and equipment (laser carving machine, printing machinery, SPI, etc.)
• Proficiency in steel grid technology & optimization methods
• Experience in large-scale LED board type production
• Familiarity with various PCBA processes
