Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field
• 3+ years of experience in manufacturing process engineering
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, including design, testing, and implementation
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Experience with lean manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies
• Familiarity with manufacturing execution systems (MES) and enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems
