The role involves contributing to equipment upgrades, training personnel, and ensuring accurate inventory and documentation.

Requirements

• Develop factory equipment and facility preventive maintenance plans.
• Prepare and file equipment standard work orders and inspection guides.
• Develop procurement and inventory of equipment.
• Analyze equipment failures and provide repair guidance.
• Update FMEA, develop equipment improvement plans, and provide technological guidance.
• Lead equipment operation research and training materials development.
• Conduct research and understand equipment structure.
• Develop spare parts and documentation.
• Implement improvements and upgrades plans.
• Coordinate with production area.
• Complete assigned tasks under leadership.
