Yara is seeking motivated Graduate Engineers to join their 3-year fixed-term Graduate Program in a world-class ammonia and nitrates production facility. The successful candidate will gain practical experience in day-to-day production operations and build technical and professional capabilities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chemical or Process Engineering
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal), with fluency in English essential
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Proactive mindset with a commitment to continuous learning and development
- Curiosity in using AI (MS CoPilot) to improve personal and team productivity
- Ability to perform work responsibly, minimising risks and potential issues
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Australian or New Zealand citizenship, or permanent residency
- Willingness to relocate to Karratha, WA for the duration of the program
