Senior Business Analyst

We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst to play a key role in strengthening data driven decision making across Yara’s Global Procurement and Supply Chain organization. The role sits at the heart of a global procurement function managing multi billion dollar spend across energy markets, raw materials, logistics, and supply chains.

Requirements

• Deliver high quality quantitative and qualitative analysis to drive strategic and operational decision making across global procurement
• Leverage market intelligence, external data, and internal performance metrics to interpret trends, assess risks, and generate actionable business insights
• Develop clear, compelling dashboards, reports, and presentations for a wide range of stakeholders
• Define, govern, and track procurement value creation and savings initiatives, ensuring transparency and impact realization
• Support category strategies, RFPs, and supplier negotiations with robust analytical insights and scenario analysis
• Continuously improve analytical methods, tools, and ways of working to increase impact and efficiency
