Associate Business Analyst Job

YASH Technologies is seeking a skilled Business Analyst to join its dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong ability to translate business requirements into comprehensive Functional Design Documents and effectively communicate technical details to developers.

Requirements

• Develop and maintain detailed Functional Design Documents based on business requirements.
• Liaison between business stakeholders and development teams to ensure clear understanding and implementation of solutions.
• Support DocuSign-related processes and troubleshoot user issues as needed.
• Utilize Azure and DevOps tools for project tracking, collaboration, and deployment management.
• Manage and resolve incidents or service requests within ServiceNow.
• Work with various Microsoft Office applications for documentation, data analysis, and reporting.
• Read and interpret XML files for data extraction and validation.
• Apply knowledge of leasing and sales pricing to support business processes and decision-making.
• Troubleshooting and analyzes errors to identify their root causes and determine viable solutions.
• Ensures new technology capabilities are compatible with the current application software architecture and the current technical architecture and business
• Develops and maintains training materials, technical documentation, standards, and procedures.
