Requirements
- Develop and maintain detailed Functional Design Documents based on business requirements.
- Liaison between business stakeholders and development teams to ensure clear understanding and implementation of solutions.
- Support DocuSign-related processes and troubleshoot user issues as needed.
- Utilize Azure and DevOps tools for project tracking, collaboration, and deployment management.
- Manage and resolve incidents or service requests within ServiceNow.
- Work with various Microsoft Office applications for documentation, data analysis, and reporting.
- Read and interpret XML files for data extraction and validation.
- Apply knowledge of leasing and sales pricing to support business processes and decision-making.
- Troubleshooting and analyzes errors to identify their root causes and determine viable solutions.
- Ensures new technology capabilities are compatible with the current application software architecture and the current technical architecture and business
- Develops and maintains training materials, technical documentation, standards, and procedures.
