Program Manager Job

YASH Technologies is seeking a Program Manager to oversee the end-to-end delivery of complex transformation programs, ensuring timely and budget-friendly completion. The ideal candidate will have 18 years of IT experience, including 10 years in program or project delivery leadership roles.

Requirements

• Oversee the end-to-end delivery of complex, multi-year transformation programs
• Coordinate internal teams, external partners, and vendors to achieve program milestones
• Define and enforce best practices, methodologies, and standards for program execution
• Establish and maintain standards, templates, and documentation for program delivery
• Define and implement quality assurance strategies
• Monitor delivery progress, key performance indicators, and overall program health
• Take responsibility for project planning, scheduling, tracking, and reporting
• Partner with leadership, architects, and business analysts to align requirements and timelines
• Proactively identify, escalate, and manage risks and issues
