Requirements
- Must be able to travel
- Perform preventive and emergency repair procedures
- Assume responsibility for providing technical support
- Complete Field Service Technician and Service Application Technician qualifications
- Provide technical training to Field Service Technicians and Service Application Technicians
- Generate and follow-up on service trip reports
- Take spare parts orders
- Communicate and resolve safety / service related issues
- Coordinate service support efforts with Regional Sales Managers
