Job Description
The Driver Acquisition Agent will acquire and integrate new drivers into the platform, expanding the mobility network and ensuring sufficient drivers to meet demand.
Requirements
- Identify and recruit new drivers through various channels
- Present the benefits and conditions of collaboration
- Accompany drivers through registration and validation process
- Ensure onboarding and initial training
- Follow performance of newly integrated drivers
- Collaborate with operational and marketing teams
- First experience in recruitment, sales, or field work
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Results-oriented and able to achieve quantifiable objectives
- Knowledge of the mobility or logistics sector
- Mastery of French
- Dynamism, proactivity, and a taste for the field
