Requirements
- Proven track record of success in building and managing sales networks, preferably in the financial services, telecom, FMCG, or Tobacco industries.
- Experience in agent network management and channel development.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to develop and implement effective training programs.
- Data-driven approach to problem-solving and performance optimization.
- Deep understanding of mobile money products and their role in financial inclusion is a plus.
