Job Description
Yazaki seeks a Talent Management Analyst to manage and coordinate employee performance evaluations and engagement surveys for Yazaki North and Central America. The successful candidate will promote and follow up on participation in processes, develop necessary tools, and provide support to employees.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Administration, Engineering, Human Resources, Communication, Psychology, or related field
- 1-2 years of experience executing similar processes
- Advanced English language skills
