Job Description
Join Yazaki as an Engagement & Communication Specialist to strengthen the team in the Tanger Plant in Morocco. Implement SCR calendar, develop internal communication strategies, create engaging content, and support employee engagement initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Communications, Marketing, or a related field
- 4 years of experience within Yazaki & 18 months in current position
- Fluent in English & French (Excellent writing, editing, and verbal communication skills)
- Knowledge in Design Tools (Canva, Figma....)
- Creative mindset with strong attention to detail
- Ability to adapt, learn quickly, and contribute across multiple HR domains
