Job Description
We are looking for an IT Network Administrator with practical experience in network infrastructure and experience with the Extreme Networks portfolio. The ideal candidate should have advanced knowledge in routing/switching, firewalling, wireless LAN, and network management and analysis, as well as proficiency in German (C1 or C2/Mother tongue).
Requirements
- Practical experience in network infrastructure
- Experience with the Extreme Networks portfolio
- Knowledge of firewall management, especially pfSense and Sophos
- Advanced knowledge in the areas of routing/switching, firewalling, wireless LAN, and network management and analysis
- Practical experience with technologies and standards such as QoS, 802.1X, dynamic routing protocols, high availability, and Wireshark
- Independent, analytical, and structured working style
- Very good German language skills and good English language skills in writing and speech
- Customer-oriented, service-oriented, and service-oriented thinking
