Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced individual to join our team as a Senior Accounting Manager at our Peterborough, Ontario office. The Senior Manager will play a crucial role in driving growth, building client relationships, and fostering a culture of excellence within the organization.
Requirements
- Completion of Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA) designation
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in public accounting, with a proven track record of success in client service and business development
- Strong technical skills in accounting, auditing, and tax compliance
- Experience working with Caseware/Caseview, Jazzit, Keystone, Excel, and Profile
- Advanced Canadian tax knowledge personal, corporate, excise, and advanced knowledge of Canadian GAAPs ASPE and ASNFPO
- Ability to mentor, coach, and develop junior staff
