TAX Manager (Toronto)

We are seeking a Tax Manager to join our team in Toronto. This role offers a hybrid work environment and involves developing and implementing tax planning strategies, conducting tax research, and maintaining a high level of familiarity with tax codes and regulations.

Requirements

• University degree
• Completion or near completion of an In-Depth Tax program or a Master's of Taxation program, or CPA
• At least four years of practical experience in public practice
• Exceptional technical skills
• Keen attention to detail and the ability to focus on overall concepts
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced, changing environment
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a commitment to providing excellent client service
• Strong interpersonal skills with a willingness to learn
• Demonstrated leadership, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Positive contributor to a team environment while capable of working independently when required
• Strong knowledge of Caseware/Caseview
• Strong knowledge of tax applications, including Taxprep, CCH Intelliconnect, Taxnet Pro, and Tax Find
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Outlook
