Requirements

• 1-3 years of cabinet-making or woodworking experience preferred
• Experience with commercial casework and laminate cabinetry strongly preferred
• Ability to safely operate power hand tools, including routers and nail guns
• Skilled in installing cabinet hardware such as hinges and drawer slides
• Ability to read and follow written and verbal instructions accurately
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship
• Ability to stand for full shifts and lift up to 75 pounds frequently
• Willingness to learn new skills, such as solid surface work
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
