Job Description
Gray Plumbing Inc. is seeking an experienced Commercial Construction Estimator to join their team. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of commercial building systems and plan sets, as well as proficiency in software tools like Excel, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Project.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial construction estimating
- Strong understanding of commercial building systems and plan sets (architectural, civil, MEP, etc.)
- Proficient in Excel, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Project
- Familiar with Procore (or willing to complete certification before starting)
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Able to manage multiple bids and deadlines at once
- Must live within 30 miles of Fairfield, CA and be available to work in-office
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for occasional job site visits
- Comfortable working in a detail-driven and fast-paced environment
