Requirements
- 3+ years of commercial construction assistant project management experience OR 2+ years of commercial construction project management experience
- Ability to manage 3-7 projects simultaneously, depending on size and complexity
- Proficient in Excel, Smartsheet, and Bluebeam
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Experience overseeing budgets, schedules, and subcontractor coordination
- Understanding of construction safety regulations, building codes, and industry best practices
- Willing to commute to Alvarado, TX, with reliable transportation
