Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a superintendent in commercial construction
- Experience with commercial general contracting, tenant improvements, or ground-up construction preferred
- Proven ability to manage multiple trades and keep projects on schedule
- Strong understanding of construction drawings, specifications, and building codes
- Knowledge of job site safety practices and quality control standards
- Ability and willingness to travel for extended assignments of 6 weeks or more
- Valid driver’s license in accordance with company policy and applicable laws
- Experience with construction project management software and field reporting tools
- OSHA 30 certification preferred or willingness to obtain
