Commercial Construction Superintendent

Lead commercial construction site operations, coordinate subcontractors, monitor job progress, and maintain accurate documentation. A driven construction leader who owns the job site, keeps crews aligned, and delivers high-quality projects on time is required.

Requirements

• 3 or more years of experience as a superintendent in ground-up commercial construction with a general contractor
• Strong ability to read and interpret blueprints, construction drawings, and technical documents
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage crews and subcontractors effectively
• Experience with construction management software such as Procore, Buildertrend, or FieldWire
• Working knowledge of project scheduling tools such as MS Project is a plus
• Solid understanding of construction safety standards and job site compliance
• OSHA certification preferred
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
