Job Description
We are seeking a Commercial HVAC Service Technician to join our team in Tampa, Florida. As a service technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing commercial HVAC and refrigeration systems. We offer a competitive salary range of $50,000 to $90,000 per year, including performance-based incentives, and a sign-on bonus up to $2,000.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of hands on commercial HVAC or HVAC/R experience
- EPA Certification Type II or Universal
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
- Ability to read blueprints and technical schematics
- Proficient with hand and power tools
- Valid driver’s license
- Willingness to complete written and verbal trade assessments
