HVAC Service Manager

Lead and oversee the service and maintenance department, manage scheduling, dispatch, technician performance, and follow-up. Guide a 10+ truck team of HVAC service technicians and support staff, take ownership of budgets, planning, and customer relationships. Work closely with leadership to meet service goals and customer expectations.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience leading HVAC service teams or managing operations
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems including central, ductless, and VRF
• Experience with budgeting, team performance, and service planning
• Proficient in using field service software (ServiceTitan or similar)
• Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills
• Understanding of NYC compliance, permitting, and operational standards
• Valid driver’s license
