Lead and oversee the service and maintenance department, manage scheduling, dispatch, technician performance, and follow-up. Guide a 10+ truck team of HVAC service technicians and support staff, take ownership of budgets, planning, and customer relationships. Work closely with leadership to meet service goals and customer expectations.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience leading HVAC service teams or managing operations
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems including central, ductless, and VRF
- Experience with budgeting, team performance, and service planning
- Proficient in using field service software (ServiceTitan or similar)
- Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills
- Understanding of NYC compliance, permitting, and operational standards
- Valid driver’s license
