Job Description
We are looking for a skilled HVAC technician to join our team at Team AIR-zona, a trusted provider of residential and light commercial HVAC services. As an HVAC Service Technician, you will diagnose, repair, and maintain residential and light commercial HVAC systems in Queen Creek, Arizona and throughout the East Valley.
Requirements
- 3 to 5 years of experience in residential HVAC service
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills with the ability to work independently
- Ability to run a service truck and handle calls with minimal supervision
- Valid driver’s license
- NATE certification is preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work in high-heat environments including attics in Phoenix-area conditions
- Customer-focused mindset with a consultative and ethical approach to recommending services
- Bilingual in Spanish is preferred
- Strong communication skills with customers and team members
- Ability to work scheduled hours and participate in a weekend on-call rotation
