Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of commercial HVAC service experience
- Maryland HVAC Journeyman or Master License
- EPA Section 608 Certification
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to supply personal HVAC hand tools
- Experience working with RTUs, DOAS, VAV systems, VRV systems, boilers, and chillers
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, climb ladders, and work in mechanical rooms and on rooftops
- Professional communication skills and commitment to safety practices
- Authorized to work in the United States
