Job Description
We are looking for a Journeyman Plumber to join our team at Steve’s Plumbing & Heating. As a Journeyman Plumber, you will perform residential plumbing service, repair, and installation in Wisconsin Rapids, WI and surrounding areas. You will diagnose plumbing issues and deliver effective, high-quality solutions, communicate clearly with homeowners, and ensure all work meets Wisconsin plumbing codes and safety standards.
Requirements
- Valid Journeyman Plumbing License preferred or ability to obtain
- 3–5 years of residential plumbing service experience preferred
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
- Ability to communicate clearly with customers and offer service options
- Self-starter with a team-oriented mindset and strong work ethic
- Positive attitude and commitment to company culture
- Ability to work independently and manage your own service truck
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
