We are seeking a detail-oriented and resourceful Lead Generation Specialist to support our clients by identifying, researching, and qualifying new business leads.
Requirements
- Proven experience in U.S.-based B2C and/or B2B lead generation and appointment setting
- Familiarity with industries such as real estate, construction, or home services is a plus
- Solid background in lead research, prospecting, and outreach strategies
- Comfortable and confident making outbound calls to U.S.-based prospects
- Highly detail-oriented with strong skills in data research, organization, and tracking
- Able to manage light administrative tasks, perform timely follow-ups, and maintain consistent outreach efforts
- Proficient in Google Sheets or Excel for data entry and reporting
- Experience with lead enrichment tools such as Clay.com, BenVerified, or SkipTracing is preferred
- Familiarity with VoIP systems like JustCall or similar platforms (access may be provided by the client)
- Must have a reliable work-from-home setup with a contingency plan for power or internet outages
- Willingness to work during U.S. business hours and occasional weekends, if required
