Lead Installer

Perform residential HVAC installations in Houston, TX and surrounding areas. Lead jobs from start to completion, ensuring work meets code and manufacturer standards. Maintain organized and safe job sites, communicate clearly with team members and customers, and complete installs on time while maintaining high quality standards.

Requirements

• 3 years of HVAC installation experience
• Experience completing full system installs
• Experience with both residential systems and light commercial work is preferred
• Ability to follow installation guidelines and safety procedures
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
• High school diploma or equivalent
