We have an exciting mid-shift opportunity available for a Financial Planning & Analysis Manager. Work from home or the office – you choose! As a Financial Planning & Analysis Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the Group finance function, with responsibility for core financial operations, group reporting, and insightful financial analysis.
Requirements
- Perform and oversee basic bookkeeping and account production for the parent company
- Ensure accurate posting of journals, accruals, and prepayments
- Support month-end close processes and production of management accounts
- Coordinate Group VAT returns, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance
- Coordinate the annual financial audit process across the Group
- Own and develop group-level reporting, ensuring consistency and clarity across businesses
- Produce regular management reporting packs with clear variance analysis and commentary
- Develop and enhance dashboards, KPIs, and performance metrics
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning activities
