Job Description
YES Prep seeks a Field Service Technician to provide hands-on and remote technical support, diagnose hardware and software issues, and deliver exceptional customer service to ensure staff and students have reliable technology. The role requires a dynamic individual with a strong set of experiences and a passion for the mission, drive for results, care for students, resilience, and humility.
Requirements
- High School Diploma
- At least 1 year of hands-on information systems
- At least 1 year of hands-on helpdesk, deskside, and remote support experience with a strong customer support emphasis
- Fundamental working knowledge of relevant software, hardware, and other equipment
- Ability to travel 30% of the time to YES Prep campuses
- Strong customer service and written communication skills, and ability to pay attention to detail
