Job Description
The Varsity & Middle School Boys Cross Country Coach will organize practices and games, monitor academic progress, and provide an orientation to student athletes. The coach will also communicate with coaches and athletic director, prioritize academics over athletics, and stay with the team at all times. Responsibilities include collecting athlete documentation, staying on time, and practicing with a plan and purpose.
Requirements
- 0-3 years of coaching experience
- Strong knowledge of cross country, including rules and terminology
- Valid certification for CPR and AED use
- Bachelor's Degree (nice to have)
- Continued education in cross country (nice to have)
- Coaching experience in cross country (nice to have)
- Experience working with kids (nice to have)
