CMF/Color Developer

Role Overview

As a Color, Material, and Finish Developer, you will play a critical role in the development of CMF across YETI Food and Beverage products. You will work with the CMF team to pre-screen initial color samples and ensure successful Color implementation. This role is part of YETI's Innovation team located near Bangkok, Thailand.

What You Will Do

Pre-screen color panels and samples with Suppliers and/or Tiers, develop color matches with Suppliers, and communicate with the Core Color team/Suppliers throughout the color trial process.

The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience, an eye for color, gloss, texture, excellent communication and project management skills, and a passion for innovative and future-focused CMF applications.

Requirements

• BA or BS Degree in Color/CMF, Industrial Design, Product Design, or the equivalent in professional experience
• At least 4 years professional experience in CMF or Color design and development
• Demonstrate high color acuity and ability to pass the Munsell Hue Color Test with a superior score
• Excellent verbal, written, and visual communication and presentation skills
• Keen eye for detail and precision
• Ability to meet deliverables, manage multiple activities, and self-manage
