Technical Partner Manager

Yext is seeking a Technical Partner Manager to join their team. The role will involve designing, implementing, and maintaining high-impact publisher integrations across Yext's Listings ecosystem. The ideal candidate will have strong systems thinking and ability to reason through APIs, data flows, and integration architectures, as well as experience working with APIs, reading technical documentation, and writing scripts in Python.

Requirements

• BA/BS in Engineering, Computer Science, or related technical field (or equivalent technical depth through experience)
• Strong systems thinking and ability to reason through APIs, data flows, and integration architectures
• Experience working with APIs and reading technical documentation
• Proficiency with SQL and data analysis (Snowflake or similar data warehouses)
• Experience writing scripts in Python (or similar language) to automate workflows or analyze data
• Strong technical debugging and root cause analysis skills
• Ability to write structured functional and technical documentation
• Excellent communication skills across both technical and non-technical audiences
• High ownership mentality and ability to operate independently in ambiguous environments
