Director, Commercial Real Estate

Join Willow Wealth's new Chief Investment Officer as a Director, Commercial Real Estate in our New York office. We are expanding access to private markets investment products and are looking for an experienced investment manager to identify, analyze, execute, and manage various CRE investment opportunities across North America.

Requirements

• 5-10 years of investment experience in real estate investments
• Experience in real estate asset management
• Extensive complex financial modeling experience
• Experience with transactions involving multi-tiered capital structures
• Familiarity with loan documents, intercreditor agreements and joint venture agreements
