People & Operations Coordinator

We are looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented People Operations Coordinator to join our team of 5 (2 in the UK and 3 in Portugal). This role will play a key part in helping us prepare for growth as we scale, with a strong focus on People Operations and the opportunity to lead and support projects across the full employee lifecycle.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of People Operations experience
• Strong People skills
• Ability to work with employment law and compliance
• Detail-focused and highly organised
• Interest in automation, AI and using systems to drive efficiency and impact
