- Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, and/or Go
- Experience with modern frameworks across the stack
- Comprehensive testing experience and performance optimization
- Scalable system design patterns and high-availability architectures
- Database design and optimization

- Caching strategies and message queue systems
- Cloud platforms and containerisation
