Ylopo, LLC is seeking a Strategic Client Success Manager to join their growing team. The role will involve managing client relationships, identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities, and providing high-level customer support.

Requirements

• Previous experience managing an assigned book of business in customer service, coaching, training, Sales or account management role
• Ability to facilitate the solution to complex issues and requests
• Previous experience working in a fast paced, dynamic environment
• Proactive, goal oriented mindset
• Strong technical and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask, and work independently toward deadlines
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, and attention to detail
