Job Description
We are seeking dedicated and skilled individuals to join our Transmission Counterpoise Crew. This team will travel across the state of Georgia to ensure the safe and proper installation of ground rods and copper wires for newly installed transmission towers.
Requirements
- Proven experience in working outdoors, with the ability to work in various weather conditions.
- Fundamental understanding of electrical systems and grounding principles.
- Physical capability to lift and handle materials weighing up to 80 pounds.
- Proficiency in operating a mini excavator and other relevant machinery.
- Willingness to travel across the state and stay at job sites as needed.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
- Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with team members.
